Hi everyone! It’s a rainy and chilly Monday here. I hope you haven’t eaten too much of your kiddos Halloween candy (I’m confiscating all the Mounds bars for myself…ahem…). You know, I was never a fan of the time change before. But, getting to the hospital with the sun up instead of it being pitch dark really made it feel like I wasn’t there that early, even though I was on time. So, I kind of like it this year. This week I’m sharing a recipe for lamb chops with balsamic reduction (#146).
