What a difference one week makes in this world! As we are all hunkering down in our homes while this virus plays out, we all could use some well needed entertainment and distraction. My husband is a vice president for a large health system here in Virginia and has been working tirelessly to navigate these new waters we are all in. He’s been working hard to get testing sites up and running. Stress levels are sky high for all of us right now and staying busy, productive and above all, calm, is important and good for a minds, immune system and overall health.
