Did you realize that fall is the time to plant for gorgeous spring blooms? But you say you don’t know how to plant bulbs or even what to choose? I have been introduced to a super helpful site that I’m really excited about called Curbside Chaos. Click the Curbside Chaos Garden Guru Tool in the lower left corner of the website for a complete bulb planting instructions guide that is specific for where you live! This tool takes the guesswork out of what bulbs are good for your area, when to plant the bulbs, how to plant bulbs, and even where to plant bulbs.
Step 1: Pick your Country and then your location on the map.
Step 2: Choose when you want your bulbs to bloom
Step 3: Choose from the selection of bulbs.
Step 4: Follow bulb planting instructions and plant!
It doesn’t get any easier than this!
Designer Taniya Nayak recently joined forces with “Dig Drop Done” & Curbside Chaos to give a homeowner a $5000 backyard makeover! If I had won $5000, my yard would be filled with bulbs, shrubs, and trees. I’d turn it into a little oasis. Feel free to watch the makeover video.
“Dig Drop Done” features three (slightly crazy) ladies who can help you determine which planting style fits your lifestyle the best. There is Evelyn the Empty Nester, Juliana the Fashionista, and Marcy the Supermom.
Marcy the Fashionista has some easy tips if you like a “plant it and forget it ” kind of gardening, which I sure do! Anything that is achieves pretty results with little effort is right up my alley! You’ll be entertained by the ladies for sure!
I’m buying bulbs this fall, not only for my yard in the spring but for inside for the holidays. Yep, you can easily grow bulbs indoors and have gorgeous blooms at Christmas even!

Kim, what a cool tool! I have never planted bulbs. I think even my “nowhere close to green” thumb could handle this.
