Welcome to Inspire Me Monday Linky Party! I hope you had a beautiful weekend. Ours was filled with end of season soccer games (which both my sons’ teams won!) and lots of yard work as usual. Hubs brought me home a little gift that I’ve been asking for, for years now. It’s a Black & Decker 3.2-Amp Hedge Trimmer, 17-Inch. I was so excited! Yes, for a DIY-gardening-chick like me… this gift said, “I love you!” I had a blast trimming and shaping all my boxwood bushes! I was a hedge cuttin’ fool! It’s the little things you know… (insert huge smile!).

    Hi Kim! So here I am on TUESDAY linking up to your “Inspire Me Monday” party. Thank you for leaving the party open for those of us who are slow! I’m so excited to be making progress in my kitchen makeover. The biggest change by far is my kitchen island, which is FINALLY finished–just in time to host our Memorial Day party, thank goodness! I’m glad to be able to share the transformation here!
