Inspire Me Monday {4}

Wasn’t this past weekend just wonderful?! I hope you had a blessed time with family, celebrating Easter & Passover! We certainly did! All 15 of us gathered together on Good Friday at my mom’s house to celebrate both holidays. Mom was flying out for a European vacay, so we celebrated early. With any family gathering, trying to round up my 4 kiddos and have them smile all at once is quite a feat, as I’m sure you are quite familiar with! Thankfully they are cooperating more as they get older and know that if they just smile when mama says then they will quickly be able to get out of picture time! Ha!

We are Christians, but also practice Passover every year. I’ve partaken in this meal ever since I was a small child, and I believe it is important to share our beliefs and Judeo- Christrian practices with my own children. I posted some pics of our Seder meal on Instagram. I’d love for you to follow along with me on Instagram! You will see a lot more of the “inner-side” of Sand & Sisal!

What is so special for me during the holiday time is the chance to hang out with my 2 gorgeous sisters, Beth (Home Stories A to Z) and Christianne (Little Page Turners). These amazing women are my best friends and our children look forward to spend time with their cousins.
