This weekend our area celebrates the huge Pungo Strawberry Festival in Virginia Beach. All the strawberry farms are at their peak right now with ripe juicy strawberries. You can pick your own or of course choose some already picked for you. Every strawberry product imaginable is for sale at vendors tents also. If you love strawberries then this is the place to be! Oh my goodness! I’ve been following your beautiful blog and am just now realizing you’re from my fabulous hometown. I grew up going to the Pungo strawberry festival and eating that delicious strawberry kettle corn! I’m so envious since we’ve moved down here to Hilton Head a couple years ago, but miss our native coastal VA. I can’t wait to try some of these recipes! Have an amazing time this weekend!!
