Delicious and oh-so-easy gifts are what we need this busy season. Just make sure you make enough to save a jar for yourself!
So pull the kids in the kitchen to help and gather your ingredients. All you need are two 8oz blocks of (room temperature) cream cheese, 1/2 can of whole cranberry sauce, 1 Tbl of frozen OJ concentrate,
2 Tbl. powdered sugar.
2 Tbl. powdered sugar.
I love using my food processor but you could use a mixer also. Add all your ingredients and blend until smooth and fluffy.
Divide evenly and spoon into 4 half-pint jars. I picked up these cute Ball jars at the local grocery store.
Decorate with any tissue paper and ribbon you have on hand. Be creative! Be sure to refrigerate until use. Spread on a toasted bagel or English muffin and serve with a hot pot of coffee!
Merry Christmas neighbor!
I would love to share more with you! Please consider following me! Happy Holidays!
